Andy Fox

Andy has been involved in the Spanish property market since 2005, as an agent for Rightmove, a mortgage consultant for Bancaja and as an estate agent based in both Torrevieja and San Miguel de Salinas, before setting up Villas Fox in 2014.  Between 2018 and 2020 Andy successfully completed diplomas in "AGENTE PROFESIONAL INMOBILIARIO" (Professional Estate Agent), "PERITO JUDICIAL INMOBILIARIO" (JUDICIAL PROPERTY VALUER) and "EXPERTO CAPTADOR INMOBILIARIO" (Expert in Property Marketing).  The knowledge gained from these courses proves invaluable in helping our clients to successfully market their properties at the right price, and to buy with confidence from an estate agency that has the necessary training to advise you correctly about all the important decisions when investing in Spanish properties.  Andy is an ambassador for local charity HELP VEGA BAJA, and also runs the San Miguel Forum Group on Facebook where we share information and news about San Miguel for residents and non-residents of all nationalities of this multi-cultural community!
