Multiple leisure and cultural activities are resumed, although with significant capacity and attendance limitations.
Restaurants and cafes
Reopening of outdoor terraces is permitted, but with significant restrictions. They can also offer delivery or pick-up service by customers for orders, preferably requested electronically. Consumption inside the premises is prohibited. The collection and payment space must guarantee the safety distance and, if this is not possible, it must have partitions or counters. The collection of orders from the vehicle is also allowed for those establishments that provide this service. They can only be opened to the public during collection hours if they do not have terraces.
Restaurants and cafes that have an outdoor terrace can reopen them with a limitation of 50% of the tables allowed. The establishment must ensure that the proper physical distance of at least two meters is maintained between the tables or, where appropriate, groupings of tables. The Government allows the City Councils to authorize the increase in the extension of the terraces so that they can expand the number of tables while maintaining the 50% occupancy ratio and the safety distance. The maximum occupancy is 10 people per table or group of tables.
Night bars and discos
Its activity is not allowed in this phase.
They can resume their activity as long as the common areas are closed to the public. Catering services must apply specific measures for that sector. The accommodations must guarantee the separation between clients and employees of at least two meters.
Cinemas, theaters and auditoriums
They can reopen to the public, provided they do not exceed a third of their capacity. With a maximum of 30 people in closed spaces and 200 outdoors. The access and exit of the public must be carried out in a staggered manner and spectators must remain seated during the show and maintain a safe distance. Telematic ticket sales are recommended. You cannot deliver a script or paper programming to viewers. Complementary services such as cafeteria, shops or cloakroom are not allowed. The premises must guarantee hygiene and safety measures.
They're not allowed.
All venues that host cultural acts and shows can reopen to the public under the same conditions as cinemas, theaters and auditoriums.
They can reopen, but the visits cannot exceed a third of their capacity. The safety distance between visitors must be guaranteed, for which routes can be established or rooms that do not maintain this separation can be closed. Cultural and educational activities and the use of tactile museum elements are not allowed. Audio guides and brochures cannot be used either. Telematic ticket sales are recommended.
Libraries and archives
Libraries can reopen and resume loan services and return of works and consultation and reading in the room; provided they do not exceed 30% of their capacity. They cannot carry out cultural, room study or interlibrary loan activities. Nor are the computers and other computing facilities and public catalogs of the center available. In the National Library of Spain and in the specialized ones or with old, unique, special or excluded funds for home loans for any reason, their consultation is allowed in exceptional cases. Once consulted, the works must be separated and quarantined for at least 14 days. Archives can provide their services, but above all electronically. You can request the face-to-face consultation of up to 10 documents per day. Users will not be able to use the computers and must respect the distance and hygiene measures and the files must make available water, soap, disposable paper towels and hydro-alcoholic solutions. The physical documents consulted must be quarantined for at least 10 days.
They remain closed.
It is allowed to walk along the beaches as long as they are within the same municipality of residence, but not sunbathing or recreational bathing. The regional and local governments can allow the general population activities such as swimming, surfing or canoeing, during the hours when it is allowed to go out to do sports. They can also be used by professional and federated athletes who must carry out their training at sea, maintaining, in any case, the corresponding distance and hygiene measures, provided that they do not imply moving to another province. As a general rule, these training sessions must be carried out individually, although the presence of a coach or another athlete is allowed in the case of adapted or Paralympic sport modalities.
They cannot be reopened.
The Government delegates to the City Councils the decision to open the parks to allow walks and to carry out physical and sports activities.
Active and nature tourism activities are allowed for groups of up to 10 people, organized by companies that are registered active tourism. Activities cannot be carried out in establishments or premises, the common areas of which must remain closed to the public, except those corresponding to the reception and, where appropriate, toilets and changing rooms, which must have disinfectant soap for hand washing. In addition, professional athletes who develop their training individually in natural areas such as rivers or reservoirs may do so as long as it does not involve moving to another province. As a general rule, training sessions must be carried out individually, although the presence of a coach or another athlete is allowed in the case of adapted or Paralympic sport modalities.
Hunting and fishing
Hunting and sport fishing are allowed, provided that the hygiene and social distance measures recommended by the health authorities are respected. The use of a mask will be obligatory in those activities in which it is not possible to maintain a distance of two meters between people. Utensils cannot be shared.
Recreational activities of flight and navigation
Sports use of non-motorized apparatus and boats is allowed individually, as physical activity. Also pilot aircraft and motor boats for leisure to people who have their domicile in the same province, island or autonomous city in which it is parked. A maximum of 50% of the people authorized in the vehicle certificates may go on board, unless they live in the same address, in which case 100% of the occupancy can be reached, but they can never be more than 10. In In the case of boats, you can also use rental boats. In any case, recreational navigation can be carried out according to its consideration as active and nature tourism by limited groups.
Work activity does not stop, but companies must guarantee the safety of workers and give preference to telework.
The Government recommends, but does not oblige, to apply telework when possible. If it is not, it recommends staggered entry and exit times. The company must guarantee a distance of at least two meters between employees, both at their workplace and in common spaces, and clean and disinfect all facilities. You must also provide personal protective equipment to your workers if the safety distance cannot be maintained.
Although teleworking is seen as the preferred route, the essential people who provide services in activities considered essential or critical in each department begin to be gradually reinstated. Attention to citizenship is carried out electronically.
It is recommended whenever possible, at least until the month of July.
Professional and federated sport
Individual outdoor training sessions and the reopening of High Performance Centers and Sports Technification Centers are allowed for professionals with a maximum capacity of 30% of their capacity. Coaches can also access if necessary. They should use the training center closest to their residence within their province. If there is not, they will be able to access another from their autonomous community, and if there is not, they will be able to access the one located in a neighboring community. Residences and catering services linked to these centers can be reopened, with the restrictions set for their sector.
From this phase, sports clubs and societies can develop medium-class training with individualized exercise tasks and tactical training in small groups of up to 10 athletes. In any case, they must avoid physical contact. Clubs can make use of their facilities, including residence and restaurant services, which must follow the indications provided for their sector. The activities should be carried out preferably in shifts and without exceeding the 30% capacity limit of the sports facilities. Technical staff can attend sessions as long as they comply with the safety distance and other protective measures. The media will not be able to attend.
Strong security measures are maintained in the permitted activities of personal care, to which some more services are now added.
Dentistry, physiotherapy and aesthetics
Clinics with premises of less than 400 square meters can open to the public, but always by appointment, which must be arranged electronically. Customer service must be carried out individually and the premises must be disinfected twice a day. Similarly, general hygiene recommendations should be applied and the use of hydroalcoholic solutions should be made available to both workers and customers.
Those located in premises of less than 400 meters can open in the same conditions as the clinics.
They can reopen for individual training in shifts and without physical contact, which must be requested by appointment. Only one customer service per coach and per shift is allowed. The facilities must be disinfected after each use and at the end of the day. They can also reopen outdoor sports facilities (with the exception of swimming pools and aquatic centers) for individual practices or for a maximum of two people, without physical contact and keeping the distance of two meters. The centers cannot exceed 30% of their total capacity and the use of changing rooms is not allowed.
It is allowed individually, within the limits of the territory that is in this phase. The time bands must be maintained (from 6.00 to 10.00 and from 20.00 to 23.00 as a general rule), but the communities may vary them, according to meteorological criteria. In towns with less than 5,000 inhabitants, these activities are allowed to be carried out at any time between 6:00 and 23:00.
All food stores can open, following a series of security measures and with reduced capacity. Small businesses, with certain restrictions, may also open to the public, as well as automotive and landscaping related businesses.
Businesses with an area of less than 400 square meters can serve without the need for an appointment. Dealers, ITV stations, and garden centers and plant nurseries can reopen to the public, using the appointment. They will be able to reopen the shops of more than 400 square meters if they limit to that maximum space the surface that is reopened to the public and as long as they limit the capacity to 30% equivalent of that space and guarantee a safety distance of two meters between customers. Businesses that are within parks or shopping centers, but have direct access from the street, may reopen under the same conditions. These, in addition, require them to offer a priority schedule for people over 65, apply general hygiene recommendations and facilitate the use of hydroalcoholic solutions and other hygiene measures for workers and clients, and follow the instructions for disinfection and cleaning.
The City Councils can decide to reopen the outdoor street markets, in preference to those that offer food and basic necessities. City councils must establish distance requirements between positions and market delimitation conditions. In any case, only 25% of the usual positions may operate, with an influx of less than a third of the usual capacity.
