This 5 bedroom luxury detached villa has been transformed by the current owners into a dream home over a period of several years.  So much thought and effort has gone into realising the full potential of this villa, that we were awe-struck when we were invited to view it recently, having seen it prior to the many improvements that have been made.

The location does not disappoint either, being part of the Las Comunicaciones residential area of San Miguel de Salinas, about 2-3 km from the town centre of San Miguel itself, and only 15 minutes drive to all the best beach resorts and golf courses that this area is famous for.

For nature-lovers the Sierra Escalona nature reserve is almost on your doorstep (it can be accessed 100 metres from your front gate) where you can walk for hours enjoying the unspoilt beauty of a pristine pine forest with lots of interesting flora and fauna to discover.  The paths that traverse it are also suitable for mountain bikes.

Pimiento´s Restaurant is 650 metres away, where you can enjoy fine dining with great views and very reasonable prices.  They often have live music and wine-tasting events etc in the busier months.

Our favourite beach resort is Mil Palmeras, which is easily accessed via a country road that winds through citrus groves and pine trees, past the golf courses of Campoamor and Las Colinas.  There are lots of great restaurants there, the sand is beautiful and there are great walks along the coast.
