The swimming pool can be accessed either from the rear or front garden. A large underbuild area houses the swimming pool pump and heating system, and also provides a large amount of storage space. The upper floor is reached via an internal staircase and comprises a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, conservatory/guest room (accessed via the master bedroom) and sun terrace. An external staircase leads to the solarium on the top floor where you can enjoy absolutely superb views towards the salt lakes, Torrevieja and the Mediterranean! There is a bar-restaurant within walking distance on the urbanization itself, and the town centre of San Miguel de Salinas is a 10-15 minute walk or 3 minute drive away. The property is air-conditioned (hot/cold) plus there is one ceiling fan in the 2nd bedroom. High-speed internet connection installed (fibre-optic). San Miguel de Salinas is a very popular Spanish town just 7 km from the beaches of Orihuela Costa and surrounded by beautiful countryside which includes citrus and almond groves and the national park of Sierra Escalona right on our doorstep. You can walk and cycle for miles along the canal which runs right next to the town. There´s a great variety of bars and restaurants, both Spanish and international (almost 30 in the town centre alone, which means the annual tapas run event is very popular!!). If you´re looking for a holiday destination or a place to live all year round, San Miguel is a great choice as it has all amenities (primary and secondary schools with excellent reputations, banks, health centre which never closes, 3 pharmacies, large outdoor swimming pool, football and athletics stadium, 5-a-side football pitch, tennis courts, padel courts, basketball courts, petanca, crown green bowls etc) and a healthy mix of Spanish and foreign neighbours. The pace of life is gentle and relaxing, and prices in the bars tend to be more reasonable than the coast (a glass of good red wine from the barrel will set you back just 50 centimos in some of the bars). The weekly Wednesday street market is a great opportunity to stock up on locally grown fresh fruit and vegetables, hams, cheeses, olives, clothes and shoes etc, before having a drink and tapas in one of our friendly tavernas! There is a good local taxi service and buses run several times daily to Torrevieja, Orihuela and Murcia. Alicante airport is approx 40 mins drive and Murcia approx 20 mins drive. San Miguel is a place where you can enjoy a taste of traditional Spanish life and culture, without foregoing the benefits of top-class facilities and amenities. Una casa adosada con piscina privada climatizada de energía solar, piscina comunitaria, solarium, jardín, aire acondicionado, aparcamiento asignado, etc ... en la popular urbanización de Puerta Laguna 1, Balcón de la Costa, San Miguel de Salinas. 2 dormitorios con habitacion acristalada adicional que se puede utilizar como un dormitorio de invitados o convertirlo en un tercer dormitorio. La propiedad está situada en una zona tranquila de la urbanización, y se accede a través de un camino peatonal desde la carretera. Un espacio de aparcamiento privado asignado pertenece a la propiedad, que está a sólo un corto paseo de la piscina comunitaria. Sin embargo, la propiedad se beneficia de su propia piscina privada que se calienta a través de una cubierta solar retráctil con sistema de calefacción convencional adicional, para que pueda disfrutar de un baño todo el año en agua a una temperatura muy agradable! La urbanización fue construida en 2001 y no está lejos de las nuevas instalaciones de tenis, padel tenis y petanca. Los gastos de comunidad son de 350 euros al año. La planta baja de la casa se accede a través de un pequeño número de pasos desde el jardín delantero (con balaustradas) e incluye salón-comedor, cocina independiente, y dormitorio con baño en-suite. Hay un gran salón con un sofá cama y un sofá cama para los huéspedes. La piscina se puede acceder desde el jardín trasero o delantero. Una amplia zona subterránea alberga la piscina y el sistema de calefacción, y también proporciona una gran cantidad de espacio de almacenamiento. El apartamento está situado en el corazón de la ciudad, cerca de la playa y la playa. San Miguel de Salinas es un pueblo muy popular a sólo 7 km de las playas de Orihuela Costa y rodeado de un hermoso paisaje que incluye cítricos y almendros y el parque nacional de Sierra Escalona justo en nuestra puerta. Puedes caminar y hacer un ciclo por millas a lo largo del canal que corre justo al lado de la ciudad. Hay una gran variedad de bares y restaurantes, tanto españoles como internacionales (casi 30 en el centro de la ciudad solo, lo que significa que la tapas anual correr evento es muy popular !!). San Miguel, San Miguel, San Miguel, San Miguel, San Miguel, San Miguel, San Miguel, San Miguel Canchas de tenis, canchas de padel, canchas de baloncesto, petanca, coronas verdes, etc.) y una sana mezcla de vecinos españoles y extranjeros. El ritmo de vida es suave y relajante, y los precios en los bares tienden a ser más razonable que la costa (una copa de buen vino tinto del Barl le pondrá a sólo 50 centimos en algunos de los bares). El mercadillo semanal del miércoles es una gran oportunidad para abastecerse de frutas y hortalizas cultivadas localmente, jamones, quesos, aceitunas, ropa y zapatos etc, antes de tomar una copa y tapas en una de nuestras tabernas amigables! Torrevieja, Orihuela y Murcia. El aeropuerto de Alicante está a unos 40 minutos en coche y Murcia aproximadamente 20 minutos en coche. San Miguel está situado en el corazón de la ciudad de San Miguel. Es un lugar acogedor, que creemos que te encantará!
